All prices on our website are in Indian Rupee. We reserve the right to amend our price list at any time without prior notice. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change.

 

DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS

Images with our products have been provided for illustrative purposes only and Baked Love by Vatsala does not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product. When we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

 

ORDERING PRODUCTS

Our products are supplied and delivered to customers within India and around the world.  By purchasing a product through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

When ordering from us, you will be required to provide your name and address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact details and card information. We undertake to take due care with this information, however, in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus.

Your order will be accepted or rejected within 3 days of placing the order. If we have not responded to you within 3 days, your order is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for objecting your order, however, the most likely reason for rejecting the order will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.

Once you have submitted an order through our website, you may not cancel the order even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.

All risk or loss of damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to Baked Love by Vatsala.

ORDERING PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Our range of perishable products include desserts, cakes, celebration cakes, bread, granola, chocolates etc.

Orders can be made in the following ways

• Via telephone

• Via email - shop@bakedlove.in, an order is not valid until a confirmation email has been sent.

CUSTOM CAKES - refers to anything outside of our day-to-day range.

No order will commence until the full payment has been received by Baked Love by Vatsala.

For large wedding cakes, or custom celebration cakes the following conditions apply:

PAYMENTS                                                                                             

We require a 100% payment to secure your booking and accept all credit cards & wallets. No order will commence until the payment has been received. Please note that payments are non-refundable and non-adjustable against future orders. Changes to this policy will be made at the discretion of management.

CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your order your payment will not be refunded. 

 

CHANGES

Any changes made to your order within 14 days of collection or delivery will incur a surcharge, depending on the change requested. In most instances we can accommodate changes, however at times is just not possible.

TRANSPORTATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is important to remember that your Baked Love by Vatsala cake is a delicate and perishable product. To ensure the quality of your cake is not compromised during transportation, we recommend that you keep your cake box flat at all times and avoid placing it in direct sunlight. The floor or boot of your car is the best place and ensure your box is secure and will not slide around.

Once you have collected or accepted delivery of your cake, it is important to follow these instructions as Baked Love by Vatsala will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused during transportation or delivery of the product.

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of goods only.

We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from any wedding cake, cake or other product we have supplied.

 

DELIVERY

Packaging and delivery are calculated at the time of placing the order.  Baked Love by Vatsala does not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.

 

RETURNS

We strive to ensure that our products are delivered to you in the condition that they were dispatched from our kitchen, however we cannot be held responsible if you are not present when your package is delivered to you, please ensure you supply a delivery address where your goods can be received during business hours. We do not accept any returns once a product is sold.

All materials contained on this website, including but not limited to text, articles, images, logos, buttons, icons and the selection and arrangement thereof are protected by copyright law. All intellectual property, unless otherwise stated, on this website is owned by Baked Love by Vatsala.
