REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

In order to provide the freshest quality cakes and desserts, our products are baked only after we receive your order. We cannot accept returns. 

 

Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to the client’s wrong information or unavailability will be taken back, any additional delivery charge to repeat the delivery within a stipulated time frame will be borne by the client.

In exceptional cases if your refund is approved by us, you will be refunded partially or in full on your original payment method (except Instamojo payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI). Please allow us 7-10 working days to process your payment.

Damage

In the unlikely event your product is damaged during delivery, please do not accept the cake and contact us immediately on receiving the damaged product. Please WhatsApp us a photo or video of the damaged box and damaged product to +918588819200, or send an email on info@bakedlove.in.

NOTE: If we send you a replacement or approve a refund, the client cannot keep the original product. The product that is returned to us must be sent back uneaten. The cost of reverse pick-up shall be borne by the client.

Date Changes & Modifications

Great customer service is our highest priority.

We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated below, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order. It is entirely up to our discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the client.

 

Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake that is not delivered within 6 hours after the due time and the client will not be refunded due to the above rules.
