
SHIPPING
Deliveries
We are currently operating as a delivery-only cloud patisserie in DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon, Haryana. All our products are made fresh to order only, no matter when you place the order. 36-48 hours' notice is needed for most orders. At times we may be able to accommodate same-day deliveries, please check with us.
All orders placed with us will de delivered either by our in-house delivery team or our trusted, third-party logistics partners. You can also pick up your orders from our studio (by appointment only).
All deliveries are charged at actuals.
All orders are delivered hygienically with utmost care in temperature-controlled vehicles. Some products may be too delicate to travel via bikes, so we may send them accompanied by our delivery team via cab.
Delivery Timings
Orders will be delivered between 12.00-8.00pm on the assigned date. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time. If you would like an earlier delivery, please order for the previous day. The product (including cakes) remain fine till the next day, if stored properly. Some products may not be advisable for previous day delivery and our team will be happy to provide you with the best solution in such a scenario.
Please note that all orders are freshly prepared and while we try to deliver within the above time slot, there can be delays on some days. We would appreciate your cooperation and patience on such exceptional days.
Sending To Someone Else?
In case of gifts, please specify the receiver's full information. We understand that some gifts may be a surprise but in order to ensure a smooth and safe delivery for the product and our riders, it is imperative that the receiver is at least made aware of an impending delicate delivery. We will not be responsible for delays, rejected deliveries or damage to product in case the receiver refuses to accept a package due to lack of prior knowledge.
Returns
In order to provide the freshest quality cakes and desserts, our products are baked only after we receive your order. We cannot accept returns.
Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to the client’s wrong information or unavailability will be taken back, any additional delivery charge to repeat the delivery within a stipulated time frame will be borne by the client.
In exceptional cases if your refund is approved by us, you will be refunded partially or in full on your original payment method. Please allow us 7-10 working days to process your payment.
Damage
In the unlikely event your product is damaged during delivery, please do not accept the cake and contact us immediately on receiving the damaged product. Please WhatsApp us a photo or video of the damaged box and damaged product to +918588819200, or send an email on info@bakedlove.in.
NOTE: If we send you a replacement or approve a refund, the client cannot keep the original product. The product that is returned to us must be sent back uneaten. The cost of reverse pick-up shall be borne by the client.
Date Changes & Modifications
Great customer service is our highest priority.
We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated below, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order. It is entirely up to our discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the client.
Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake that is not delivered within 6 hours after the due time and the client will not be refunded due to the above rules.
